About the Practice: This practice offers a rare opportunity for a Rural Generalist GP VMO to become an integral part of our team and community, taking over an existing patient base in a high demand setting. As the sole medical centre on King Island, our practice plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services, including on-call support for the local hospital.
The King Island Hospital provides:
- Emergency and acute care services
- A range of outpatient services such as physiotherapy, podiatry, and mental health support

Requirements:
- AHPRA General Registration or Vocational Registration
- Proficiency in managing common general practice conditions.
- Current emergency medicine certification (APLS, ELS, etc.)
- Rural General Practitioner experience highly desirable
