Our Loyalty Program

All doctors who work with Medipeople are eligible for additional bonus rewards and entry into a quarterly prize draw. The following loyalty bonus categories will accrue for all Medipeople locum doctors (subject to T&CSs):

Reward 1 – Complete 25 Days of locum work - $250 Prepaid Visa Card

Reward 2 – complete 100 Days of locum work - $500 Prepaid Visa Card

Reward 3 – complete 200 Days of locum work - $500 Prepaid Visa Card

Reward 4 to infinity – for every further 100 Days of locum work you will receive an additional $500 Prepaid Visa Card!

Locum Recruitment

Refer a junior medical doctor (up to SMP/CMO) and we will reward you with a $500 Prepaid Visa Card.

Refer a specialist with Australian Fellowship and we will reward you with a $1,000 Prepaid Visa Card!

The rewards are due once the locum has completed more than ten shifts within 3 months. It’s that simple:

• You must be a registered candidate on our database to refer.
• Your referral must name you at the time they register with Medipeople.
• The referred candidate must complete a minimum of ten shifts within the first three months of their registration with Medipeople.

Permanent Recruitment

Refer a doctor who we place in a permanent post and we will reward you with a $1,000 PrePaid Visa Card. The reward is due once the doctor has worked for 4 months in the new position without having left.

• You must be a registered candidate on our database to refer.
• Your referral must name you at the time they register with Medipeople.
• The referred candidate must work for a minimum of three months in the position they have been placed in.
