Lead Our New Nursing Recruitment Division

Medipeople is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented and experienced Nursing Recruiter to build and lead our new Nursing Recruitment team, based in either Sydney or Byron Bay. This is a unique opportunity to establish and grow a division from the ground up in one of Australia’s leading medical recruitment companies.

The Nursing Recruiter will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing Medipeople's nursing division, focusing on both temporary and permanent placements. You will be responsible for building a talent pipeline of skilled nurses and matching them with healthcare facilities across Australia. Your previous experience will include working closely with hospitals, aged care facilities, and clinics to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
