Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various allied health positions.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively match candidates with suitable roles.
• Candidate Support: Assist candidates through the recruitment process, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive experience.
• Networking: Develop a network of professionals within the allied health sectors to expand our candidate pool.
